Responsibilities

Enforce all company safety and quality policies and procedures

Conduct inspections and testing of components and integrated systems to verify compliance with quality standards
Analyze assembly operations to identify defects, process deviations, and opportunities for improvement
Actively manage and maintain the Document Control Process & System, documenting the process covering all requirements such as change management, configuration records, change & training logs, compliance documentation, etc
Ensure proper versioning, accessibility, and retention of quality-related documents within the QMS
Document inspection results and quality metrics using PC-based tools to support traceability and data-driven decisions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including production, engineering, and supply chain—to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions
Lead root cause investigations and support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency
Perform internal audits and support external audit readiness activities
Actively drives continuous improvement based on KPIs where appropriate
Qualification
Required
ASQ Certification: ISO 9001 Certified Quality Auditor
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Associate degree with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a quality technician role within a systems integration or electronics manufacturing environment
Highly technical with strong knowledge of assembly operations and quality control methodologies
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and quality standards
Ability to write routine reports, generating documentation such as Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Work Instructions, generating checklists and forms, etc
Experience conducting process audits and documenting compliance findings
Experience working in an electronics manufacturing environment (e.g., computers, aerospace, medical devices)
Familiar with computer architecture as well as software, and firmware
Experience with ISO 9001:2015 internal and external auditing
Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles
Experience with data analysis, reporting, and audit support
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining document integrity
Proficient in MS Office, ERP/MES or other data management systems
Preferred
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or higher is a plus
