Lead and enhance the operational due diligence program

Conduct onsite and remote operational reviews of asset managers and service providers

Assess internal controls, accounting processes, valuation practices, and compliance frameworks

Review financial statements and evaluate control environments

Develop and execute the annual due diligence review schedule

Produce clear written reports and present findings to internal teams

Support internal stakeholders with operational insights on alternative investment products

Provide mentorship to team members and help maintain regulatory and educational materials

Identify opportunities to improve processes and leverage technology
