Responsibilities
Develop and deliver ongoing phone communication training for sales teams
Analyze call recordings and data trends to identify coaching opportunities
Create interactive call workshops, roleplays, and certification programs
Partner with managers to reinforce techniques in daily workflows
Maintain call playbooks, voicemail frameworks, and objection handling guides
Track improvements using call metrics, conversion rates, and qualitative feedback
Qualification
Required
3+ years in sales training, enablement, or sales leadership
Expertise in consultative or value-based selling frameworks (e.g., MEDDPICC or similar)
Deep understanding of modern sales communication and qualification techniques
A knack for creating engaging, high-energy learning experiences
Strong presence on the phone — you can model what great sounds like
