Program Associate, Industry Partnerships

The Program Associate for Industry Partnerships plays a crucial role in supporting the Industry Partnership program by coordinating outreach, participant recruitment, and maintaining compliance with program data and records.

Responsibilities

Perform outreach activities to recruit participants for IP programs. Perform screening and assessments of potential participants as required for each industry sector or employers
Act as first point of contact for incoming participants, initiate intake paperwork and schedule intake with Case Management team
Enter initial intake into TE data base (Commence)
Assist program staff with processing intake and eligibility paperwork to help ensure all required paperwork is submitted for processing in a timely manner
Perform general clerical duties including but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, filing, phone calls including; answering, follow-up, etc., and may require data-entry assistance
Assist staff with electronic data input as required for reporting purposes
Work in coordination with IP team to maintain up to date knowledge of commence requirements and specific contract reporting data
Create electronic and/or hard files to ensure compliance with contracted requirements
Monitor and maintain up to date electronic and/or hard case files; Identify deficiencies and relay to the program staff or supervisor and provide follow up to ensure files are brought into compliance
Assist with daily weekly and monthly reporting – ensuring data input is complete and information accurate to help ensure submitted in required timeframe
Participate in performance measurement and quality assurance training
Perform all other duties as assigned or requested by supervisor

Required

Experience with data entry and proficiency with computers including Microsoft Office Products: Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, and Internet
Experience with data base systems is required
Possess strong administrative skills, proficiency with database and spreadsheets essential
Strong written and verbal communication skills, organizational, time management and problem solving skills are necessary
Excellent relationship building and customer service skills
Ability to work independently as well as a strong team player who is flexible, dependable, and demonstrates initiative and creativity

Preferred

Experience working with diverse populations, particularly young adults with economic disadvantages a plus
OWCMS experience a plus
