The Senior Analyst, Global Trade Compliance will be part of the Global Trade Management & Compliance leadership team, responsible for executing and monitoring international trade compliance initiatives and supporting improved compliance through data analysis and collaboration across the organization.

Responsibilities

Analyze import/export data to identify risks or opportunities for savings. Make recommendations to management, as appropriate

Apply advanced knowledge of import/export regulations and requirements to support business needs

Research products to ensure timely and accurate U.S. Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS) classifications, partner government agency declarations, and country of origin determinations

Design and implement automation solutions to increase efficiency and improve monitoring of compliance issues

Required

Bachelor's Degree

5+ years proven experience in trade compliance management; with extensive proficiency in analytics

A thorough understanding of trade compliance laws and regulations, attention to detail, analytical skills, and proficiency in data management and analysis

Critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Ability to develop standards to maintain legal compliance

Must have ACE, and GTM solutions experience

Must be proficient in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)

Must demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication

Must be highly motivated, detail-oriented and possess the ability to work proactively and effectively with minimal supervision
