Responsibilities
Provide architectural solutions / design across applications by analyzing the customer needs, current business processes and systems
Be a strategic partner to the business with deep understanding of their processes and act as a strategic consultant on their business system’s needs
Implement new features in a highly collaborative environment with product managers, UI/UX specialists, and software engineers
Demonstrate business knowledge & expertise to identify areas of improvement and create procedures to improve the existing systems and processes
Participate in the end-to-end software development lifecycle, adhering to the defined processes, and implementing solutions that support business needs
Conduct solution reviews, user demos and walkthroughs with the business partners and engineering teams
Deliver training and support to business users
Qualification
Required
7+ years of IT or relevant experience with a BS degree or equivalent
Familiar with requirements tracking, backlog grooming, requirements prioritization processes across multiple IT/Business partners
Process and systems background with knowledge and experience in agile project methodologies
Outstanding analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Preferred
AI-related certifications
Self-starter, who can work both independently and multi-functionally
Positive and energetic personality that works well in a fast-paced and driven environment with expectations to deliver high-impact value to the company
