Sales Skills Trainer

The Sales Skills Trainer will design and facilitate sales development programs, collaborating with sales, marketing, and operations to enhance training effectiveness and support sales teams.

Responsibilities

Deliver ongoing training on discovery, negotiation, storytelling, and sales methodologies
Build onboarding and continuous learning paths for XDRs, AE, AMs & SE
Partner with cross-functional teams to align training with strategy and product updates
Certify reps on sales competencies using assessments, simulations, and manager feedback
Track training effectiveness and report ROI through performance metrics
Travel to Draper, UT office 4x per year for meetings (if you're not within commutable distance to Draper.)

Qualification

Required

5+ years in SaaS sales training, enablement, or full-cycle sales
Expertise in consultative or value-based selling frameworks (e.g., MEDDPICC or similar)
Strong facilitation skills — both virtual and in-person
Data-driven approach to measuring impact and identifying skill gaps

Preferred

Preference for applicants who can commute to our headquarters in Draper, UT but also open to applicants willing to travel onsite to Utah at least 4 times a year
