Responsibilities
Contribute to the product vision and strategy for Uplifter 2.0, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives
Conduct market research and user interviews to understand the needs of sports organizations, clubs, and athletes
Define and prioritize the product roadmap, balancing new feature development with technical debt and platform modernization
Translate product strategy into detailed requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Manage the product backlog, ensuring it is prioritized, refined, and ready for engineering execution
Work closely with the Lead Mobile, Backend, and Frontend Developers to ensure feasibility and accurate estimation of features
Lead sprint planning, grooming, and review sessions in an Agile environment
Serve as the primary liaison between the technical team and non-technical stakeholders (Sales, Support, Marketing)
Collaborate with UI/UX Designers to create intuitive and accessible user experiences
Communicate product updates, launch timelines, and release notes to the broader organization
Analyze product performance metrics (KPIs) post-launch to iterate and improve
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a SaaS environment
Proven track record of managing the end-to-end product lifecycle, from conception to launch
Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (Jira, Linear, etc.)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
Strong analytical skills; comfortable using data to drive decision-making
Technical fluency; ability to understand architectural trade-offs and discuss technical constraints with engineers
Preferred
Background in sports technology, membership management, or event registration platforms
Experience with B2B2C business models
Experience launching mobile applications (iOS/Android) alongside web platforms
Familiarity with design tools like Figma or Sketch
