They are seeking an experienced Principal Business Analyst or Business Analyst Manager to lead the development of data-driven strategies, manage projects, and enhance customer lifetime value models to drive business growth.

Responsibilities

Lead the development of actionable strategies based on data-driven insights and model the expected financial impacts to improve our underwriting & pricing strategies while ensuring customer success

Manage multiple projects and coach junior analysts on the team

Design and enhance the customer lifetime value (LTV) model to drive business growth

Present and communicate clear recommendations to senior leadership

Enable long-term growth by pushing forward our testing agenda to build insights into consumer behavior and invest in future growth

Drive cross functional teams across product, data science, and engineering to bring strategies to market

Required

2-7 years of experience (YOE) in a highly analytical role. We typically look for 2-5 YOE for Principal Analyst level and 4-7 YOE for the Manager level

Proven ability to problem solve end-to-end: from framing the question and forming a hypothesis, to analyzing the data, to communicating and debating the answer with other stakeholders

Familiarity with SQL, python, or other tools (e.g., Tableau) for data analysis

Bachelor's or Masters in Economics, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or a similar quantitative field with a strong academic record
