They are seeking a Senior Director to join their Non-Bank Financial Institutions Business Relationship Management team in New York, responsible for developing relationships with non-bank finance borrowers and managing existing ratings.

Responsibilities

Conduct research, develop, prepare, and present marketing messages to external parties highlighting factors that differentiate Fitch and its published ratings and research
Oversee preparation of client presentations, market analyses, post-meeting follow-ups, and data gathering for near-term and longer-term initiatives
Liaise with other BRM colleagues in New York, San Francisco, Chicago (Banker, PE, and Investor teams), as well as EMEA groups to coordinate firm messaging, target lists, and assist in the development of relationships
Actively support Fitch initiatives including Private Credit, promoting Fitch’s opinions, criteria, research and products

Required

Minimum of 10+ years' experience in Debt Capital Markets (IG and/or Leveraged Finance), Coverage, Rating Agency, Corporate Finance, M&A, or Advisory type functions
Ability to travel as required
Existing relationships with financial institutions a plus

Preferred

Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
An energetic, proactive approach
