Responsibilities
Counseling the day-to-day banking and finance legal issues
Managing complex corporate transactions within banking and finance
Drafting and negotiating agreements, organizational documents, and handling various corporate transactions/banking and finance documents
Interacting directly with clients
Qualification
Required
2 to 5 years of corporate/banking and finance experience
Bachelor's and Juris Doctor degrees from an accredited school
New Jersey admission required (within 12 months of hiring)
Excellent written and oral communication skills, with careful attention to detail
Exceptional client service skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred
New York and Pennsylvania admission a plus
