Responsibilities
Performing forecasting and issuing purchase orders based on demand
Coordinating with product development, quality, and artwork departments to ensure orders move through the system efficiently
Analyzing costs and managing invoicing documentation
Negotiating with vendors throughout the purchasing process
Assisting the team in improving key performance indicators (KPIs)
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in a purchasing or a related supply chain role
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines
Strong computer skills, especially with Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, or a related field
Experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
