Responsibilities

Provide practical and personal service to customers by developing, conducting and coordinating professional technical training sessions, in-house, online and at customer facilities

Serve as a technical expert with the ability to answer product questions, provide sales support, provide support for equipment start-ups and diagnose and repair equipment

Use your engineering talents to create real-world training programs that will benefit real-world engineers

Required

BS Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent, or equivalent related work experience

Minimum of two years of experience in related field designing training curriculum, training delivery and/or explaining technical concepts

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities including technical writing and presentation skills, highly organized with strong analytical skills

Ability to be a Yaskawa brand ambassador and provide technical instruction in the area of Servo Applications, Installation and Start Ups, Drive Application Programming and Hands on Troubleshooting for Drives

Familiarity with various computer software, word processing, spreadsheets and graphics
