Run point with clients, translating messy requirements into clear plans, and delivering Salesforce solutions that stick
Lead day-to-day client execution across Salesforce clouds and connected tools
Drive discovery, delivery, and adoption, translating client pain into real solutions
Manage sprint planning, backlog management, and task prioritization that move the work forward
Ask sharper questions that get to the root of client challenges
Clarify requirements and surface edge cases before they derail builds
Capture and share best practices to uplevel peers and future projects
Step in when a client can’t quite explain what they need, providing clarity and context
Qualification
Required
3+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience
Admin certification
Worked across Sales, Service, or Marketing Clouds
Ability to communicate clearly and proactively with clients and internal teams
Experience in roles like Business Analyst, Project Manager, or Consultant
Comfortable in meetings and sprints
Ability to plan, deliver, and adapt in fast-moving environments
Preferred
Platform App Builder certification
