As a Strategic Projects Lead (SPL), you will spearhead large-scale, impactful projects for leading AI companies, managing teams and fostering client relationships to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of solutions.

Responsibilities
Design and manage end-to-end project workflows to achieve business outcomes
Identify process bottlenecks and implement enhancements for efficiency and quality
Collaborate with engineering teams to automate and scale delivery capabilities
Serve as the primary contact for AI research and operations teams, ensuring clear communication and reporting
Build long-term client partnerships through reliable and exceptional performance
Oversee and align a distributed workforce of 500+ contributors with project goals
Lead onboarding, training, and performance management to maintain project quality
Utilize data-driven insights to optimize operational efficiency and reduce costs
Qualification
Required
PhD degree with at least 2 years of experience working in data related fields OR 5 years of corporate research experience working with PhDs
Able to read and write python code and understand data very well
Track record of leading complex projects with multiple stakeholders
Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
Strong technical (data) documentation skills and knowledge of data quality
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver results in dynamic settings
Comfort engaging with senior stakeholders in world-class technology organizations
Thrives in fast-moving, ambiguous environments and is passionate about system optimization and continuous improvement
Prior experience working with PhD talent
Knowledge on LLM research, SOTA models and benchmarks
