Perform a wide variety of electroneurodiagnostic procedures on patients with suspected neurologic injury and disease

Monitor patients for seizure or other neurological disorders

Prepare the patient for testing

Collect computerized information pertinent to the interpretation of the test results in EEG, EMG, EMU, and Evoked Potentials

Qualification

Registry in one of the following: EEG (R EEG T), EP (R EP T), EMG (R NCS T), IOM (CNIM), Autonomics (CAP)

Neurodiagnostic Technologist must Maintain registry (EEG: R.EEG.T / R.EP.T / R.NCS.T / CAP or IOM: CNIM) for employment
