Fabrication Associate (1st Shift)
Ferguson is North America’s leading value-added distributor across various markets, and they are seeking individuals to join their Fabrication Team. The role involves supporting fabrication and product assembly while ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.

Responsibilities
Supports fabrication and product assembly as determined by work order specifications
Retrieves correct materials and stores work supplies in an organized manner, moving loose or bundled piping or other materials between locations as required
Assists with data entry and the updating and storage of documentation and records
Maintains condition of work area ensuring satisfactory standards of cleanliness
Follows all established standard operating procedures and health and safety guidelines for fabrication
Adhere to Company compliance and Health Safety and Environment (HSE) policies, procedures, and requirements
Regular and reliable attendance
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Comfortable in a fast paced, changing environment
Positive demeanor, dependability, and strong work ethic
High attention to detail
Self-starter with ability to learn our systems quickly
Continued focus on improving system efficiencies and business practices
Ability to lift items that weigh up to 50lbs regularly
Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
