Responsibilities

Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for consistency and scalability

Create clear, operator-friendly SOPs, work instructions, and training materials

Analyze production data, perform time studies, and remove bottlenecks

Design and implement fixtures, jigs, tools, and semi-automated solutions

Support test fixture automation and data collection using Python, C, or similar languages

Lead continuous improvement efforts using Lean/5S/Six Sigma techniques

Collaborate with engineering to improve manufacturability and quality

Train and mentor low-skill operators on process standards and best practices

Support equipment selection, validation, maintenance plans, and layout improvements

Ensure safety, process documentation, and compliance with regulatory and internal standards
