The HSSE Advisor – Case Management will manage incident and case reporting, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and support the implementation of the Owner’s HSSE management system on a major construction project.

Responsibilities
Oversee the end-to-end process for incident and case management, including injury, illness, and near-miss reporting
Maintain accurate records in the Owner’s HSSE case management system and ensure timely submission of regulatory reports
Ensure adherence to local, state, and federal HSSE regulations, as well as Owner’s corporate HSSE standards
Monitor contractor compliance with project-specific HSSE requirements
Support incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action tracking
Prepare detailed reports and trend analyses for management review
Act as the primary point of contact for medical case management, coordinating with occupational health providers and insurance representatives
Collaborate with contractors to ensure proper documentation and follow-up on cases
Identify opportunities to improve case management processes and HSSE performance
Participate in audits and contribute to lessons-learned sessions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in occupational health & safety, Environmental Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Minimum 5 years of HSSE experience in large-scale construction or industrial projects
Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations, workers' compensation processes, and incident investigation methodologies
Proficiency in HSSE management systems and reporting tools
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Preferred
Experience with medical case management and return-to-work programs
Familiarity with international HSSE standards (ISO 45001, ISO 14001)
Ability to analyze data and present actionable insights
