Responsibilities
Create and Update assembly SOPs for CCBU
Assist with NPI builds and help lead activity on production floor to meet shipments
Assist engineering with special process improvement projects
Assist in the implementation of ECN’s and reworks needed for production
Provide Training to Operations regarding new products and processes
Take action in solving problems while exhibiting judgment and a realistic understanding of issues; able to reason, even when dealing with emotional topics
Work with cross functional teams to develop and implement process improvement projects
Collect, maintain and analyze data and metrics to improve TAT and FPY
Assist with resolving Engineering Holds in a timely manner
Support Ops Team on day to day system issues
Assist engineering in the system maintenance and product setup
Provide maintenance support on engineering equipment
Ability to deal with unresolved situations, frequent change, delays or unexpected events
Able to start and persist with specific courses of action while exhibiting high motivation and a sense of urgency
Other duties as assigned by management
Qualification
Required
PC skills including Windows, MS Work, MS Excel, MS access or related software
Creative problem-solving ability and strong communication skills
Must be a team player that can work efficiently under minimal supervision
Ability to function and execute in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Strong sense of process, detail and follow through
Strong set of problem solving and analytical skills
Ability to multi-task across problem domains and various contexts
Ability to work independently and with a team
Verbal and Written communication skills
Preferred
Associates degree in mechanical, manufacturing or industrial engineering or equivalent preferred
Two (2) years of manufacturing experience preferred
