Trueline is a growing regional precast concrete contractor headquartered in Central Washington, seeking a Project Manager to join their team. This role is responsible for leading precast concrete projects from estimation through to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget while maintaining quality standards.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage precast concrete projects from bid/estimate stage through to completion and customer handoff

Prepare detailed project estimates and bid proposals, including takeoffs, budgets, and job costing

Draft construction documents — contracts, subcontracts, change orders, and purchase orders

Oversee project scheduling, coordinate timelines, monitor progress, and report status to internal management, clients, and ownership

Monitor and report on budget tracking and cost management throughout project lifecycle

Generate and manage RFIs (requests for information), change orders, and other documentation as needed

Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget while maintaining quality standards

Required

Significant experience in a precast concrete facility or precast construction environment

Strong knowledge of concrete and precast concrete techniques, processes, and industry standards

Proven track record of managing construction projects from estimating through delivery

Skilled in preparing accurate bids, cost estimates, budgets, and job costing analysis

Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel; familiarity with project management and estimating software (e.g. Microsoft Project, Timberline, or similar) is a plus

Solid organizational and communication skills, with ability to coordinate across internal teams, subcontractors, and clients

Ability to manage multiple tasks, handle documentation (contracts, orders, budget reports), and ensure timely delivery
