Responsibilities

Lead the technical design and development of applications using Synon, AS400/COBOL and CLP

Oversee the implementation of system enhancements and new applications to meet business needs

Provide technical expertise in the Medicare and Medicaid Claims, Claims, and Payer domains

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new systems

Implement enhancements as per Software Development methodologies including Analysis, Design, Coding, Unit Testing, Installation, Post implementation monitoring

Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all technical processes and systems

Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications

Implement best practices for coding, testing, and deployment to ensure high-quality deliverables

Conduct regular code reviews to maintain code quality and adherence to standards

Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies

Manage and mentor junior developers to enhance their technical skills and project contributions
