Responsibilities
Works in collaboration with the Manager to coordinate and delegate the assignments of team
Works with the manager to oversee the day-to-day functions of the area
Conducts employee training sessions
Serves as a senior project manager in support of project intake and delivery
Works with the Manager to manage and resolve identified issues and risks
In conjunction with team, reports status of task completion to manager
Works with other team leaders to coordinate activities between work streams to integrate work and system design, build, testing, training, and go-live for project work
Requires direct experience, comprehensive knowledge and skills to guide all of the staff in assigned projects
Will serve as lead for service line relationships, as well as lead for change management for project intake

Bachelor's Degree Business Or Healthcare Or Information Technology Required
