Responsibilities
Lead the design and architecture of a high-performance infrastructure, prioritizing scalability, reliability, and efficiency
Collaborate with several cross-functional teams to define requirements and translate them into technical specifications
Optimize existing tech stack for efficiency, speed, and accuracy
Mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of knowledge exchange and continuous improvement
Qualification
Required
BS or MS in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience
8+ years of full-time engineering experience
Highly proficient in one of the following programming languages: Python, Java, Go, C/C++ and ability to pick up new ones
Systematic problem-solving approach and knowledge of algorithms, data structures and complexity analysis
Preferred
5+ years of experience building and managing distributed systems
Experience building an Observability or Metrics system
Experience integrating end-to-end ML models at scale
