They are seeking an experienced Director of Business Intelligence and Enterprise Applications to lead the BI and Applications teams, driving strategic direction and implementation of solutions across the organization.

Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and manage the BI and Applications teams to ensure high performance and professional growth

Develop and execute strategic plans for business intelligence and enterprise applications initiatives

Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment

Oversee the design, development, and deployment of BI solutions using Power BI and other tools

Manage the data warehousing strategy to ensure data integrity, security, and accessibility

Provide insights and analytics to support data-driven decision-making across the organization

Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of critical business systems, including Workday, Dynamics GP, and Sage

Ensure the integration of enterprise applications with other business systems to streamline operations and improve efficiency

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements

Lead enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives to modernize legacy systems, migrate to cloud platforms, and implement automation

Drive the adoption of emerging technologies such as AI, machine learning, and data analytics to improve operational efficiency and enhance decision-making

Champion automation initiatives, such as robotic process automation (RPA), to streamline repetitive tasks and reduce manual interventions

Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery of BI and enterprise application projects

Implement best practices for project management and software development life cycle (SDLC)

Act as a liaison between IT and business units to ensure alignment of technology solutions with business goals

Communicate effectively with senior leadership, providing updates on project status, risks, and opportunities
