Qualification
Required
Minimum of 2+ years of estate planning/probate experience in TX
An Associate's degree or Certificate in Paralegal Studies or a Bachelor's degree in a related field
Excellent typing skills and computer literacy, including a solid understanding of MS Office and/or Google Suite applications
Proficiency on Clio and TxDoc OR similar software
Demonstrate proficiency to focus on details, handle multiple tasks, and remain highly organized
Excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
Professional demeanor and positive communicator
Preferred
5+ years of estate planning/probate experience in TX
