Responsibilities
Manages calendar of the executive and daily work with some instruction from others
Performs general administrative duties such as travel, expenses, department distribution list, purchase orders, ordering supplies in accordance with standard procedures & practices
Engage and collaborate with the immediate team & internal partners
May act as a delegate for the executive when reviewing and approving expense reports
Proactively identifies opportunities to increase efficiency and improve processes, anticipating the needs of the executive & team
Collaborate regularly with peers and internal partners while developing and maintaining strong relationships
Qualification
Required
3 years of relevant work experience
Preferred
8+ years of experience supporting senior executives or technology leaders in large, global organizations
Proven experience in executive operations or strategic administrative roles that involve managing complex priorities and cross-functional coordination
Exceptional organization, time management, and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities; can work effectively across leadership levels
Comfortable working with technology and data-driven teams; familiarity with operational reviews or tech cadences is a plus
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Slack, Zoom)
Demonstrated ability to exercise discretion, judgment, and confidentiality
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
