Responsibilities

Perform Monthly commission calculations in Captivate IQ and answer all related questions

Prepare journal entries in accordance with US generally accepted accounting principles, including all payroll and benefit related entries

Reconcile, analyze and review general ledger accounts in preparation for month end close, including payroll and benefits accounts

Perform financial statement analysis, including preparation of monthly reporting package schedules provided to management

Prepare quarterly and annual schedules for auditors. Audit relationships may include internal and external financial auditors

Assist with the integration of acquisitions as it pertains to related areas
