SMC is looking for an Organizational Change Management Officer to ensure the successful deployment of their global ERP solution. This role involves developing change management strategies to maximize employee adoption and working closely with project teams and stakeholders for a smooth transition.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute Change Management plans and policies that include communication, training, and support strategies tailored to the ERP environment
Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders
Create and deliver engaging communication materials to inform and educate employees about the ERP system and its benefits
Design and implement training programs to ensure employees are proficient in using the new ERP system
Provide ongoing support and coaching to managers and employees to facilitate the adoption of the ERP system
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management activities and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes
Collaborate with project teams to integrate change management activities into the overall project plan
Identify and manage potential risks and resistance to change, and develop mitigation strategies
Track and report on change management progress and outcomes to senior leadership
Other duties as assigned

Required

BA in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field
Proven experience in change management, preferably, in ERP deployment or similar large-scale projects
Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a strong attention to detail
Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate with associates at any experience level
Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organization
Ability to travel abroad

Preferred

Certification in Change Management (e.g. Prosci, ACMP)
