Inside Sales Representative

Responsibilities
Drive Revenue : Convert incoming inquiries into sales and create upsell opportunities in every conversation
Build Relationships : Develop lasting customer connections that lead to repeat business
Solve Problems : Quickly identify customer needs and provide the right fit solutions
Own the Process : Manage customer orders from quote to completion
Collaborate with Field Teams : Support outside sales by closing open quotes and resolving customer issues
Master Your Craft : Participate in ongoing product training to enhance your sales skills and solution knowledge
Help Shape Strategy : Work with sales leadership to develop and execute winning sales approaches
Qualification
Required
Must have a Bachelor's degree
Professional communication skills that build instant credibility
Tech-savvy approach with proficiency in Windows and Microsoft applications
Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple priorities
A problem-solving mindset that finds solutions, not just answers
Self-motivation with the drive to exceed goals
Preferred
Inside sales, B2B sales, or customer service experience is a plus
Spanish language skills are a plus
