They are seeking an Associate Producer (Experiential) to manage and support multiple experiential event activations, ensuring they are executed effectively and within budget.

Responsibilities
Support the management of multiple experiential event activations throughout the year from concepting and pre-planning to execution and post-event closure
Provide support for logistical event details including but not limited to: Financial management, asset management, venue management, contract negotiations, vendor management, contractor and local staff management, asset fabrication, technology integrations, consumer registration/data collection, A/V, permitting, printed collateral/signage, talent/entertainment, premium giveaways, etc
Be responsible for event budget development, management, and reconciliations
Obtain vendor quotes and manage vendor communication
Work with internal rEvolution teams (Account Management, Creative, etc.) to ensure events stay on track according to the program timeline and within budget
Additional projects as assigned such as assistance on other experiential programs and related research
Lead or support internal group initiatives, as designated by group leadership
Qualification
Required
1-3 years of experience working within experiential event activations, ideally as part of a marketing agency
4-year degree from accredited college
Proficiency in Microsoft software suite and additional agency related platforms
The ability to travel as needed and work non-traditional hours to be on-site at events. This may include weekends and/or holidays
