Responsibilities
Managing high-value client relationships within the Oil & Gas, Energy Transition, Decarbonization, and Digitalization sectors
Exceeding performance targets in Technical Sales and Account Management
Understanding and selling integrated products and services in a complex sales environment
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field
8-10 years of B2B sales, including lead generation and territory management in Oil & Gas/Energy domain
3+ years of selling integrated products and services in a complex sales environment, in Oil & Gas/Energy domain
Proven history of achieving revenue targets
Strong understanding of rotating equipment, preferably in compression equipment
Good understanding of manufacturing systems, automation, and integration technologies
Good understanding of commercial terms and conditions
English: Fluent spoken and written
Technical Proficiency
Professional Competencies
Preferred
Good understanding of balance of plant equipment would be a plus
Experience in aftermarket compression services would be a plus but not required
