Responsibilities
Work closely with the medical staff facilitating exceptional communication
Be the first point of contact for our clients establishing the excellent client care that is present throughout the hospital
Manage a high call volume and mutli-phone line system
Process payments, refunds and cash handling
Appropriately record information and maintain medical records
Maintain a high level of accuracy in a fast-paced enviornment
Embrace the practice's core values, standards of care, mission statement and practice philosophy
Qualification
Required
Excellent communication skills
Have a commitment to continuing to advance your client service skills
Possess strong organizational skills with near impeccable attention to detail
An ability to engage in active problem-solving vs problem identification
At least 1-2 years of experience working in a Veterinary Specialty, Emergency, and/or a large high-volume day practice
Organized and comfortable with new technologies
The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
