VP, Creative Content
Emerald is seeking a Head of Creative Content to define and lead the creative vision across all platforms and experiences. This senior leadership role is responsible for shaping how our brands connect with customers through compelling narratives and world-class creative, while pioneering the integration of artificial intelligence into creative operations.

Responsibilities
Define Creative Vision: Establish and drive Emerald’s overarching creative strategy, ensuring a cohesive and impactful brand identity across all touchpoints including web, social media, paid advertising, email, event stages, booths, and signage
Accelerate AI Integration: Lead the strategic implementation and governance of AI tools for content ideation, production, and personalization. Develop training programs and establish clear quality and intellectual property standards for AI-generated content
Drive Experiential Excellence: Concept and direct the creative execution of immersive and engaging experiences for our portfolio of conferences and expos, partnering closely with the Events team
Foster Cross-Functional Partnership: Act as a key strategic partner to Marketing, Brand, Product, Events, and Sales leadership to develop and execute integrated go-to-market campaigns that drive business results
Champion Data-Informed Creativity: Utilize data and performance metrics to inform creative strategy, optimize campaigns, and demonstrate the business impact of creative initiatives
Qualification
Required
10+ years of progressive leadership experience, with a proven track record of building and managing high-performing, multidisciplinary teams
Integrated brand campaign management and innovative experiential work for notable brands
Demonstrated expertise in building and scaling AI-driven content operations, with a deep understanding of current AI tools and platforms for creative production
Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align senior leaders across an organization
A strong 'measurement mindset' with experience connecting creative work directly to business objectives and KPIs
Preferred
Significant experience in the events, trade show, or experiential marketing industry is strongly preferred
