Responsibilities
Develop conceptual through detailed cost estimates
Review contractor cost proposals and change orders
Perform cost/schedule integration and earned-value reporting
Forecast funding requirements and monitor burn rates
Analyze cost trends and prepare variance analyses
Support budget formulation and execution reviews
Maintain cost databases and benchmarking libraries
Present financial metrics to PM and CFO staff
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's in Finance, Economics, or Engineering
Five (5)+ years of DoD cost controls experience
Active Secret clearance
Preferred
ICEAA CCP or EVP credential
