Vice President Intensive Behavioral Health Services
The Centers is dedicated to whole person-centered care and is seeking a Vice President of Intensive Services to lead specialized behavioral health programs for individuals with complex mental health needs. This role involves providing strategic and operational leadership, overseeing multidisciplinary teams, and driving the integration of behavioral health and primary care services.

Responsibilities
Direct the strategic implementation of evidence-based practices across intensive services programs
Establish quality protocols, metrics, and dashboards that drive excellence in integrated behavioral health and primary care
Identify innovative service delivery models and build partnerships that expand access to care
Champion data-driven decision-making to continuously improve client/patient outcomes
Oversee multidisciplinary teams delivering high-fidelity ACT, early psychosis intervention, and supported housing services
Ensure seamless integration of behavioral health, psychiatry, and primary care
Manage operational, financial, quality, and regulatory compliance across the department
Develop budgets, business plans, and resource strategies that support program sustainability and growth
Build and mentor high-performing, culturally diverse interdisciplinary teams
Create an inclusive environment where staff feel valued, supported, and empowered to innovate
Partner with HR on recruitment, retention, and professional development strategies
Foster a culture of psychological safety, continuous learning, and clinical excellence
Partner with senior leadership to align intensive services with organizational strategic goals
Work with clinical operations teams to ensure smooth care transitions and coordination
Cultivate external partnerships with healthcare providers, community organizations, and regulatory bodies
Stay current on healthcare trends and emerging models in integrated behavioral health
Qualification
Required
Master's degree in social work, counseling, nursing, psychology, or related field
Independent clinical license (LISW-S or LPCC-S) required
5+ years in nonprofit healthcare or behavioral health settings with progressive responsibility
3+ years leading and developing interdisciplinary clinical teams
Demonstrated success in quality improvement, program development, and achieving measurable clinical outcomes
Strong understanding of integrated behavioral health, psychiatry, and primary care delivery
Experience developing and managing budgets, interpreting financial reports
Exceptional written and verbal skills; ability to engage diverse stakeholders with clarity and impact
Data-driven problem-solver who turns insights into action
Proven ability to work effectively in matrixed organizations with internal and external partners
Experience leading teams through transformation with empathy and clarity
Comfortable with HRIS, data analytics, and productivity tools
Preferred
Proven track record with evidence-based practices (ACT, supported housing, early psychosis intervention preferred)
