Responsibilities

Oversee the day-to-day management and administration of NetSuite, ZipHQ, FloQast, Banking Applications and incoming FP&A and tax systems, including user setup, system configurations, system/software updates, and troubleshooting

Maintain and optimize financial and tax systems to support key finance functions as the team grows

Ensure the accuracy and consistency of financial data across our systems

Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and saved searches to provide valuable insights for decision-making

Serve as a primary contact for finance and accounting users, resolving system issues and more complex problems when necessary

Develop system documentation and provide training to users to help them effectively utilize our financial tools

Manage system access and prepare system user access review workbooks to adhere to compliance requirements

Implement automation and system enhancements to improve efficiency, including those related to OCR processes

Lead roll-outs of increased system capabilities

Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure system configurations and workflows align with our financial policies and business needs, including SOX compliance requirements, application control testing, and SOC Report reviews

Manage cross functional JIRA use for ticking and other use cases

Oversee integrations between financial systems and other platforms, including sales and operations tools
