Responsibilities
Process customer policy changes, updates, and adjustments
Answer incoming claim-related calls and manage proper follow-up
Greet all office visitors promptly and courteously
Accept and record payments from customers
Confirm and update customer contact information during interactions
Provide customer service through phone, email, and in-person communication
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Offer ongoing assistance to clients with insurance-related needs
Attend training sessions and continuing education opportunities
Assist with policy renewals and retention activities
Qualification
Required
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
Basic computer skills, including data entry and email
Willingness to learn insurance products and procedures
Positive attitude and professional demeanor
Preferred
Prior office or insurance experience is a plus but not required
