Director of Enrollment Marketing and Communications
Belmont University is seeking a qualified Director of Enrollment Marketing and Communications. The role involves managing marketing strategies and communications to align with university enrollment goals and overseeing various marketing channels to enhance the prospective student experience.

Responsibilities
Responsible for strategy and implementation of prospective student search operations, marketing and communications inclusive of print and electronic mediums
Member of the enrollment services senior leadership team focusing on strategic KPIs and CSFs to align enrollment marketing and communications with university enrollment goals
Manage marketing and communication plans across print, digital, social and video platforms through supporting staff with Ad Hoc Mailing/Communication, in partnership with Admissions social media team to ensure messaging, time and strategy are aligned and in collaboration with UMC to optimize the prospective students Belmont brand experience
Oversees yearly communication updates in CRM and Search campaigns
Create, revise and execute segmented communication plans from inquiry to enrolled for UG, Grad, Online and Executive Education learners
Manage multiple student search partnerships to fully optimize and leverage the services they provide
Collaborate with Slate Captain to build student queries, reports and Slate dashboards that will inform student search and top-of-funnel growth in inquiries, applicants and completed files
Create and manage all applicant letters for UG, Grad, Online and Executive Education and templates in Slate
Update, proof and order (in collaboration with direct report) enrollment print materials
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Possess thorough knowledge of the university, its schools and programs
Demonstrated knowledge of university enrollment services information
Ability to work in an open, fast paced environment, on multiple tasks and with frequent interruptions and requests
Demonstrated strong people skills while also using discretion
Demonstrated advanced technical/creative skills
Be a highly motivated self-starter, capable of working with minimal supervision
Demonstrated flexibility and ability to work with a variety of personalities and differing work styles
Demonstrated commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
High level organizational skills and attention to detail
Can prioritize, problem solve, and organize tasks to meet deadlines and follow through on assignments with minimal direction, often under pressure
Be a proactive problem solver, eager to learn and understand the 'why.'
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Public Relations or relative field required
4-6 years experience in Marketing, Communication, Public Relations or relative field required
Preferred
Master's Degree preferred
7-9 years preferred
