Diversified Automation is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee and coordinate the activities of Project Managers within the assigned region. This role involves ensuring the successful execution of projects and programs while providing leadership and support to the team.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership, direction, and support to a team of Project Managers within your region

Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team

Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members

Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects within your region, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards

Work closely with Project Managers to identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and ensure project objectives are met

Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the Vice President and other stakeholders

Manage one program of projects, overseeing the overall portfolio, resource allocation, and strategic alignment

Develop and maintain program schedules, budgets, and resource plans

Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive initiatives to enhance program efficiency and effectiveness

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams

Act as a primary point of contact for escalated issues and ensure timely resolution

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales, project, and program objectives

Prepare and present regular reports on project and program performance, including key metrics, milestones, and financial status

Conduct data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement

Use insights to make data-driven decisions and optimize project and program outcomes
