Responsibilities
Manage month-end close processes, including reconciliations and reporting
Prepare and post journal entries accurately and timely
Oversee accounts payable processing and ensure compliance with organizational policies
Provide audit support, including documentation and coordination with external auditors
Collaborate with internal teams to maintain financial integrity and transparency
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in accounting, ideally within a non-profit environment
Proficiency in QuickBooks
Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred)
Experience with Anybill is a plus
