The Breakers Palm Beach is seeking a Technician II - Audio Visual responsible for the setup, operation, and dismantling of audio/visual equipment for event technology services. The role requires exceptional customer service skills, strong production knowledge, and expertise in various equipment areas such as audio, video, lighting, and rigging.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the team to oversee the installation, operation, and maintenance of all audio/visual equipment and technology products

Ensure that all audio/visual systems are functioning optimally to meet client needs and conduct thorough testing when necessary

Identify and resolve errors promptly to avoid downtime and equipment malfunctions

Manage incoming service requests, monitor the queue, prioritize emergency calls, and maintain detailed records of all services provided

Maintain equipment, catalogs, and manuals in an orderly and easily accessible manner

Uphold a clean and organized work environment, including regular equipment maintenance

Effectively communicate technical information to both colleagues and clients using clear and understandable language

Offer technical support to end-users as needed
