Responsibilities
Own outbound across email, calling, and direct mail—from list building to copy to execution
Build and manage targeted outbound campaigns that generate qualified leads for sales
Collaborate closely with sales to optimize handoff, conversion, and pipeline quality
Analyze performance rigorously and iterate fast; we value weekly execution over meetings
Establish repeatable outbound playbooks that can eventually support a larger outbound team
Qualification
Required
Have run outbound programs before and know how to generate pipeline hands-on
Thrive in high-intensity, high-ownership startup environments
Are analytical, resourceful, and comfortable grinding through cycles of iteration
Move with urgency and maintain high execution velocity
Are excited to use AI tools to speed up research, list-building, and campaign testing
