HOA Senior Client Services Specialist

The Senior HOA Client Services Specialist will assist in day-to-day operations, manage account services, and provide top-level customer support while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.

Responsibilities

Open and close accounts such as checking, savings, and CD’s
Supersede accounts
Input new accounts on IBS Deposit Origination and submit complete packages for callback review
Accurately review and, where needed, approve, completed Department work
Provide top level customer service and support via email and over the phone
Prepare and Process BeB and other Cash Management Service set-up documents
Handle Large Item and Nonpost resolutions and approvals
HOA Documentation Ticklers: contact clients regarding missing documentation and keep updated logs
Work with appropriate Loan Officers to handle ACH renewals and increases
Attend weekly Fiserv calls regarding open Lockbox issues and report contents of calls to Department Manager
Third Party Vendor Invoice payment preparation, review and callback
Prepare, or review and approve, Operations Certifications monthly
Assist department Manager in the mitigation of loss and security
Signing authority where appropriate
Deepen customer relationships through regular interaction and Know Your Customer standards

Qualification

Required

Minimum of three to four years of recent New Accounts experience
Minimum of three to four years of recent General Banking experience
Ability to prepare documentation for new accounts under bank CIP/BSA and general Banking Regulations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Knowledge of Word and Excel required

Preferred

Thorough understanding of operational PWB policies and procedures preferred
Knowledge of IBS/Deposit Origination, Image Center, Vision Content, preferred
