Management Trainee Intern - Beckley, WV
Enterprise is looking for university/college students for their Management Internship program. Interns will gain valuable business and leadership skills while taking on challenges similar to full-time professionals, working in a team-based environment.

Develop the skills you need to manage a fleet of vehicles
Take care of customers
Develop marketing strategies
Build relationships with customers and coworkers
Complete intern projects
Engage in some friendly competition with your peers
Qualification
Required
Graduating in August 2026, December 2026, or May 2027
Enrolled full time in a bachelor's degree program for the upcoming semester in a college or university
Able to start and attend orientation class on 5/11/2026 and make a 10-12 week commitment
3 months of sales, customer service, marketing or management experience
Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years
No drug or alcohol related conviction on record in the past 5 years (i.e., DUI, DWI)
Authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
At least 18 years of age
Preferred
Leadership experience in organizations/clubs
Volunteer work/community service
Military experience
Experience as a student athlete
