Mid LevelSilverAssist is seeking energetic, motivated sales professionals for their ElderLife Financial Concierge team in Hendersonville, TN. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for families exploring financial solutions for senior living and care, guiding them through available options and helping them secure care for their loved ones.

Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outreach from inbound inquiries
Use empathy and skillset to qualify and prioritize potential leads, ensuring they align with company goals
Collaborate cross-functionally with processing and underwriting to ensure a seamless transition of new clients and drive revenue growth
Keep accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities, using SalesForce and our integrated sales process
Actively listen and assess families’ needs to recommend the best solutions
Qualification
Required
Experience in a fast-paced sales type role, particularly in a phone-based or call center environment ideal
Great communicator who is outgoing, compassionate and empathetic to seniors and families during this difficult transition to senior living
Creative problem solver who is able to maintain compliance with financial and lending practices
Coachable, able to follow instructions, and maintain a personal pipeline of 10-20 in process loans while continuing to originate new applications and new leads through technology and excellent follow up skills
Proficient keyboarding skills, use of Google Workspace, Slack and ability to learn Salesforce or other future CRM software
Work in-office at our Hendersonville, TN location – Monday through Friday 8 – 5 pm
High school diploma or equivalent
