Welcome guests to the park! Set the tone for their stay and help them check in
Engage with guests in a fun and friendly way—help make their visit amazing!
Keep guests safe by enforcing park rules while maintaining a positive attitude
Pass out prizes at the redemption counter
Help keep the park clean and organized—because an awesome park = happy guests!
Communicate with your team and managers to keep everything running smoothly
Look for easy chances to upsell to all our guests so they get an even better experience
Keep guests informed about all important park information throughout their visit to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience
Qualification
Required
At least 16 years old (or 15 in some locations!)
No experience needed—just a positive attitude and willingness to learn
A natural people-person who loves working with kids and families
Comfortable being active—jump, run, and move while working
Available to work weekends and flexible hours (because that's when the fun happens!)
