Responsibilities
Own the creation and evolution of various brand-aligned touchpoints from concept to execution. This includes a mixed range of marketing and integrated materials, in-person experiences, and visual communications
Develop day-to-day creative solutions across all mediums: Marketing collateral; Digital assets; Environmental design; Presentations; Invitations; Ads; etc
Collaborate with the global design team to deliver high-quality materials in a timely manner
Support the execution of firmwide marketing touchpoints supporting business priorities & client acquisition/retention strategies
Build upon brand guidelines to design and produce consistent brand-aligned materials across all touchpoints
Be an active member of a collaborative and creative work environment, encouraging innovation and a results-driven mindset
Manage time efficiently and communicate effectively
Proactively provide quality assurance across every project
Qualification
Required
7+ years of professional experience within a corporate environment
Expertise in creating concepts, designs, and specifications for platforms, including print, web, email, social, and environments
Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment on multiple projects
Experience working and collaborating with executives and presenting design ideas effectively
Deep knowledge of current design trends and best practices with a focus on usability and the customer
Excellent time management skills with a strong and professional work ethic
Detail-oriented, self-starter with the ability to work independently
Mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.)
Proficient in Figma
Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office applications such as PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook
Ability to proofread and review work for accuracy and consistency
Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing at all levels of the organization
Preferred
Financial industry work experience a plus
