Responsibilities

Develop and drive execution of comprehensive, highly effective software for sophisticated new technology and new product introduction projects

Validate new SW features before releasing them to customers

Contribute to a high-functioning feature team

Collaborate closely with multiple teams to deliver key planning solutions and the technology to support them

Help contribute to the design and implementation of future architecture for a highly scalable, durable, and innovative system

Work very closely with dev teams and Project Managers to drive results

Required

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer/Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical discipline

Strong knowledge in computer technologies

Leadership skills in technical areas

SW engineering expertise

Strong knowledge in datacenter scale hardware and commodities such as CPUs, GPUs, DPUs, and network switches

Preferred

Experience developing production-ready code in languages such as Python, C, Rust, C++, C#, Java, Javascript, Shell/Bash, or Powershell

Solid experience with containerization technologies such as Docker or Containerd, and orchestration frameworks like Kubernetes or Slurm

Deep understanding of Linux and Windows operating systems

Hands-on work with system board interfaces (i.e. I2C, PCIE, IPMI, and Redfish hardware interfaces), and networked communication protocols (i.e. TCP/IP, UDP)

Strong understanding of software design principles, patterns, and best practices

Previous experience in the hyperscale compute architecture space is not a requirement, but a significant plus

Familiarity with manufacturing processes and technologies is a plus

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in a team environment
