Responsibilities
Take on an inventory of cases and work them through pre-litigation
Negotiate with the insurance company to ensure that clients get fairly compensated for their damages
Manage client communication and relationships
Qualification
Required
Admitted to the Oregon Bar
3 – 5 years of experience in civil law
Enjoy helping and interacting with people
Offer compassion to individuals who are injured and in crisis
Are driven to win and not afraid of confronting opposing counsel to get the best results for our clients
Enjoy finding creative solutions
Experience developing rapport with clients
Preferred
Experience working with legal staff
Experience in personal injury law
